1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using spnsr.co ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

spnsr is a marketplace connecting publishers (entities with sponsorship opportunities) with sponsors (brands and individuals seeking to promote). spnsr facilitates discovery, negotiation, and transaction — but is not a party to the sponsorship agreements between publishers and sponsors.

3. Fees

spnsr charges a platform fee (currently 10%) on completed transactions. Additional fees apply for auction-won deals (2% auction premium). Featured listings and verified badges are separate paid products.

4. Payments & Escrow

All payments are processed through Stripe. Funds are held in escrow until fulfillment is confirmed by the sponsor. Publishers receive payouts to their connected Stripe account.

5. User Conduct

Users must not: list fraudulent opportunities, misrepresent audience metrics, engage in bid manipulation, or use the platform for illegal purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

spnsr is not liable for the quality, legality, or fulfillment of sponsorship deals between users. We provide the marketplace infrastructure; users are responsible for their agreements.
